1. Description of Service

Repairix is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to help mobile, laptop, and printer repair shops manage their operations, including but not limited to job card creation, customer management, billing, and reporting.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on an annual basis.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize us to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, such as GST. You shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

4. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable. We offer a 7-day free trial and an instant live demo to allow you to evaluate the Service before making a purchase. We encourage you to use these resources to ensure the Service meets your needs before subscribing.

5. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain all ownership rights to the data you enter into the Service ("Your Data"), including customer information, job details, and financial records. We do not claim any ownership over Your Data.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our use of your personal information and Your Data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We will take all reasonable steps to protect Your Data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material (spam).
• To knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other harmful programs.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Your Data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SoftMaji InfoTech Private Limited. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SoftMaji InfoTech Private Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
